BOB (Beast of Burden) is the popular company in the entire world when it comes to strollers made for jogging, off-road, and running. It was founded in 1991 by bicycle maven Roger Malinowski and airline mechanic Philip Novotny.

BOB has since built these highly innovative strollers that are fitness oriented. From the very first few models that the company has built, it has now grown into a company that now provides parents a stroller that will be able to keep up with physical activities that others just cannot.

BOB 2009 Revolution 12″ AW Duallie Stroller Specifications:

  • Weight: 40 pounds
  • Weight Capacity: 70 pounds
  • Price: $589.00
  • Wheels: 12 inches, spoked
  • seat can recline up to 70°

Maneuvering is easy
This is a cutting-edge product that is one of the first to make use of the swiveling front wheel for optimum maneuvering. With this feature, it can steer around tight corners, narrow aisles, and cramped elevators with ease.

This model does a very good job of maneuvering through uneven sidewalks. It also turns better than the BOB Rev 16”.

Rides are smooth
It is equipped with a state-of-the-art suspension system for ultra smooth rides. The suspension system also works fine so that jogs are usually quiet. The foot brake is very easy to use and keeps the stroller securely in place.

For those on-the-go
It has a fast two step fold up design for maximum portability. It also has the ability to lock out front wheels for bumpy roads. The seats reline up to a 70 degree angle.

It folds easily and when it is folded it is very compact. It fits right into the trunk of my car with plenty of room to spare.

The reclining problem
The seats are poorly designed as my child slumps on the seat. It doesn’t recline properly.

Small basket
Although there is a basket underneath, it’s very small and you can only put a handful of items in there. It’s also a little bit pricy.
